The Convergence Leadership Project

The Convergence Leadership Project enriches the lives of clergy and lay leaders with needed training, inspiration, and guidance, in person and online, with the goal of equipping ten thousand Christian communities to be agents of change, hope, and healing in our world.

- Brian Mclaren, Author and Activist

You can become a stronger, more confident, more energized leader, whether you’re clergy or in lay leadership.

Your church can become more unified, aligned, and alive.

Your staff and lay leaders can grow stronger as a team, get more done together, and enjoy it more.

You can work, learn, dialogue, and dream with leading Christian thinkers, trainers, and activists.

Your congregation can be part of a growing regional and national movement of contemplative Christian activism that spans denominations and provides a dynamic alternative to the Religious Right.

You’ll have access to live, in-person events along with 24/7 online learning, so everyone in your congregation can benefit from what you’re learning.

You’ll connect with others through regional cohorts, national training events, and retreats.

You’ll benefit from demographic research, state-of-the-art coaching, congregational assessments, and other vital resources.

Full and partial scholarships are available for minorities, seminarians, and church planters.

Lay leaders will be eligible to receive a Certificate in Christian Leadership, and pastors may fold this training into degree programs in cooperating seminaries.
