The Federated Church of Chagrin Falls OH,, a vibrant, open and affirming UCC congregation with a long tradition of dynamic preaching, exceptional music, and extravagant welcome, seeks a full-time Senior Pastor following the retirement of our previous long-term leader. Competitive compensation package is available. We are searching to call a theologically progressive leader with at least a masters level degree from an accredited seminary.
We seek someone who is environmentally conscious, as evidenced by our partnerships in creation care and environmental justice initiatives; someone who delivers inspired, scripture-grounded preaching relevant to modern issues; exhibits relatability, humor, and vulnerability to foster authentic connections; and serves as a visionary collaborator, empowering lay leadership, strengthening family faith formation across all generations, expanding community outreach and response, and advancing interfaith and social justice outreach, guiding us toward a thriving future in God’s beloved community rooted in compassion and radical hospitality.
